Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Products must be returned in the condition they were received and must include all accessory items (e.g., power supply, cables, line cords, documentation).
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the item was purchased as "New" and the box seal has been compromised, an additional 15% restocking fee will apply.
Category exclusions also apply. Software and software licenses are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com within the 30-day return period. Include your order number and the serial number(s) of the product(s) you are returning.
The customer is responsible for covering return shipping charges, except in the case of warranty claims (see Warranty Terms and Conditions).
Once we confirm the product(s) are eligible for return, we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which will be valid for 30 days (i.e., we must receive the defective equipment no later than 30 calendar days after the RMA number is issued).
If we receive the equipment more than 30 calendar days after the RMA issue date, the equipment will not be eligible for return and you will incur a processing fee of either $150 or 7% of the original sales price, whichever is greater. If you want the item(s) sent back to you, a return shipping fee will apply.
All product returns must show the RMA number on the return packing slip or external packaging. Do not write the RMA number on the manufacturer's box, as this could be considered product damage and may cause us to refuse the return.
